In the field of Tax Law, she provides consultancy and advocacy services to clients on the taxation process and the solution of all kinds of legal problems arising at the end of the process.
She represents local and international companies operating in different sectors before national courts and provides comprehensive legal advice on drafting and review of the preventive agreements.
Prior to joining Hansu Attorney Partnership, she provided consultancy and litigation support to many local and international companies operating in the heavy industry, construction, pharmaceutical, healthcare, textile, software and food sectors, and has gained vast expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Contracts Law.
Nazli Deniz ABBAN is currently pursuing her PhD in Private Law, Capital Markets Law at Istanbul University.
