Cagla Nur Ereyli practises as a lawyer and mediator at Hansu Attorney Partnership, advising and representing domestic and international clients in dispute resolution, enforcement and bankruptcy law, employment law, commercial law, tenancy law and the law of obligations. In enforcement and bankruptcy law she represents clients across a wide range of matters, including enforcement with and without a judgment, proceedings specific to negotiable instruments, realisation of pledges and mortgages, precautionary attachment, cancellation and removal of objections, negative declaration and recovery actions, avoidance of transactions, third-party claims, annulment of auctions and enforcement complaints. She conducts attachment and collection work and manages negotiations by developing recovery strategies tailored to the file and the debtor.
